I will be at the award winning farm shop and deli The Larder, Burwash Manor, Barton just outside Cambridge from 10am till about 4pm ish with my 18 year old wild yeast culture, which will be available for sale in a rather snazzy new storage jar, I’ll be talking to anyone who has the time about baking with a wild yeast culture. I’ll bring lots of samples to snack on. When my hands aren’t too floury I’ll be more than happy to sign copies of recently published ‘Sourdough Suppers – A Year in the Life of a Wild Yeast Culture’ which the Larder have available for sale.
I will also be happy to help those of you who have already been baking with a culture, but may have hit a snag with it or have any questions regarding maintaining and baking with it.
