This class is perfect for home bakers wanting to increase their bread making knowledge and repertoire. You will work with less commercial yeast, make a sponge with commercial yeast and learn about gluten development.
You will learn how to enrich dough by adding butter, sugar, eggs and olive oil as well as a masterclass in shaping dough to create the perfect festive loaf.
