A hands-on workshop where you will learn to make an everyday Malted Wheat, Rye & Spelt Loaf; 5 Seed Rolls and delicious Naan Breads stuffed with Potato, Fresh Coriander and Chickpeas.
Learn to make slower, tastier and healthier bread incorporating more traditional techniques that slot perfectly into a busy lifestyle. Master 2 basic doughs to shape into 4 different breads.
This workshop includes an introduction to the 4 basic elements of bread making and the 7 stages – including eating! Perfect for beginners, and home bakers who would like to increase their repertoire and knowledge.
Ditch the nasty habits of the last few decades and learn to make bread traditionally, how it is meant to be made – slowly for a complete fermentation to increase flavour, nutritional value and digestibility. When you have mastered these doughs you will be able to produce healthy, delicious homemade breads with less than 10 minutes hands-on time.
