Want to learn to make great bread, Sourdough Suppers will lead you through the basics of producing real bread at home. I will be at Divertimenti on Brompton Road from 11.30am till 3pm so come and taste some naturally fermented breads, find out about a sourdough/wild yeast culture, my 20 year old ‘New York’sourdough culture will be with me. There will be a pile of recently published ‘Sourdough Suppers – A Year in the Life of a Wild Yeast Culture’ to sign plus a limited amount of cultures available. The book guides you through the simplicity of making breads naturally at home. As well as lots of delicious bread recipes the book is packed with easy, seasonal recipes for snacks, suppers and grazing.
