A Hands-on Workshop: Entertain with ease, spend a fun, informative day preparing a 3 course feast (which is co-incidentally gluten free) for 4 people, to take home and enjoy with your family and friends. Chef, teacher and author Hilary Cacchio will guide you through this seasonal menu based on delicious dishes from Morocco and Sud de France, once part of Spain and occupied by the Moors.
You will be given a shopping list a few weeks before the workshop and on the day will be guided carefully through the recipes.
This is an informal workshop aimed at all levels. The day will start with an introduction, and will include a light lunch, naturally fermented and stuffed Moroccan flatbreads made my 20 year old sourdough culture and packed with spicy onions, feta and herbs.
The menu will be:
Starter: Option 1 – A zesty, colourful salad OR Starter Option 2 – A Roast Pepper, Pomegranate and Walnut Dip
Main: Lamb Tagine
Dessert: Sticky Blood Orange, Polenta and Almond Cake
