Introducing…Sourdough Suppers: A Year in the Life of a Wild Yeast Culture

In the hope that I may have some loyal followers out there, I wanted to let you all know about my latest project…I’m writing a book! It’s been something I’ve desperately wanted to do for a very long time now, and finally I’ve nearly finished it! The book is currently undergoing it’s final proof-read with the Publisher and then it will go to print. I can’t wait to be able to announce the date of the launch event and when it’ll be in the shops! Very exciting times!
