A Hands-on Workshop: Entertain with ease, spend a fun, informative day preparing a 3 course feast (which is gluten free and can be tweaked into a vegetarian menu) to take home and enjoy with your family and friends. Chef, teacher and author Hilary Cacchio will guide you through this seasonal menu based on delicious winter dishes from the French Mediterranean.
You will be given a shopping list a few weeks before the workshop and you will be guided carefully through the recipes on the day.
This is an informal workshop aimed at all levels. The day will start with an introduction.
Starter: Blue Cheese & Walnut Spread
Main: Mediterranean Fish Stew with Saffron, Potatoes and Tomatoes
Dessert: Chocolate and Hazelnut Meringue Cake
