Sweet, Summer Brioche and Doughnut Heaven

Spend a few hours learning to make a versatile rich brioche dough then transform this dough into tender baked doughnuts, a lusciously, soft, buttery creme fraiche and raspberry galette, a simple yet rich brioche loaf all to take home and enjoy.  Then to finish enjoy toasted slices of brioche toppers with vanilla ice cream and baked apricots
