I’ll be at Suffolk Food Hall, all morning and early afternoon with my 20 year old ‘New York’sourdough culture, to talk to anyone who is interested, about making breads with a sourdough/wild yeast culture and will have a pile of my recently published book ‘Sourdough Suppers – A Year in the Life of a Wild Yeast Culture’ to sign plus a limited amount of cultures available. The book guides you through the simplicity of making breads naturally at home. As well as lots of delicious bread recipes it is also packed with easy, seasonal recipes for snacks, suppers and grazing.
