Private Sourdough Lesson in the Sud de France – FULL

30th April @ 9:30am - 3:30pm

This is an introduction class to learn the basics skills and unravel the mysteries of making your daily bread NATURALLY with a sourdough/wild yeast culture.  On mastering these basic skills/techniques you will be making great daily breads with less than 15 minutes hands-on time.  This class can also include a ‘clinic’ if you haven’t had the success you had hoped from in the past we can sort through issues.

Typical Breads & Doughs you can make (the doughs you make will be your choice):

2 day New York Sourdough – make & bake

Wild Pizza – make and bake with ready made mature dough OR Spicy Naan Breads
