This demo will run in the foot hills of the Eastern Pyrenees under the Mediterranean sun. A kind of easy sourdough meets mezze. Using some simple sourdough that has matured nicely in the fridge for a couple of days I will demo 4 quick, very different styles of flatbreads. Then a quick demo of some tasty mezze which we will enjoy for our lunch.
This demo will primarily cover, building a new culture, basic culture maintenance instruction – storage and preparing it for baking and also will include some trouble shooting.
