The ‘cheat’s’ way to baking a huge repertoire of fresh, additive-free breads, you will master one simple white dough from which lots of different breads will blossom including a beautiful white loaf, freshly baked naan, foccacia for sharing and Blueberry and lemon coils. You will be introduced to the seven stages of bread-making and be able to produce a dough that will sit in the fridge during the week ready for you to tear some and bake fresh bread daily.
