Bread for beginners. This hands-on workshop will introduce you to the basic skills and knowledge you need to make your daily bread. You will learn a little about the different flours that are available to use. You will master 2 simple doughs, with these doughs will make a Spelt and Rye Loaf, Rolls or a baguette and a vibrant, delicious Mediterranean style ‘Summer Pizza’ and you will still have some dough to take home and bake later in the week.
