Evening talk, taste and demonstration about Sourdough & Sourdough Suppers in France

10th September @ 7:00pm - 9:00pm

An informal evening which will include information on how easy it is to make naturally fermented bread at home, a demonstration of making a simple dough and making some stuffed flatbreads with it, how to capture, store and prepare for baking a wild yeast culture, the health benefits and the fun of REAL bread.
And some tasting.
Venue to be advised nearer the time, but somewhere in the Pyrenees Orientales, Sud de France
