This hands-on workshop (suitable for both beginners and those who would like to expand their knowledge and repertoire) is for the busy person who would like to produce their own bread. A cheats’ route into simple bread making offering a huge repertoire of breads from just one dough. You will learn to master One simple Dough and from this dough make 6 different styles of bread plus go home with recipes for an additional 4 different breads. You will learn techniques that will enable you to make the dough in 15 minutes hands on time. You will learn how you can store the dough in the fridge for several days, giving the opportunity to have fresh bread within 20 minutes of returning home after a hard day at the office.
You will learn the 7 stages of bread making from activating commercial yeast to eating the fruits of your labour and even how to design your own seasonal breads. The workshop will include tips on how to choose the best yeasts, the best flours to make great, healthy breads with very little input.
From One Simple Dough you will produce:
