At this all day hands-on workshop learn to entertain with ease, find out how much you can prepared way in advance. Spend a fun, informative day preparing a 3 course meal to take home and enjoy with your family and friends. I will guide you through this 3 course menu based on delicious dishes from the South of France where I live and write for much of the year.
You will be issued with a shopping list a few weeks before the workshop which will cover ingredients for all the recipes. This is an informal workshop aimed at all skill levels, a vegetarian option is available on request.
The day will start with an introduction to the recipes and a suggested preparation schedule and with one of my famous breakfast sourdough breads.

A winter salad of Avocado, Lemon & Basil
Chicken Braised in Sherry Vinegar, Tomatoes and Butter Beans
Dark Chocolate, Hazelnut and Salted Caramel Puddings OR Oranges in Caramel
