Come and spend a winters day in a warm kitchen, socialising and cooking a lovely french menu to take home. Shoping list will be issued a week or so before, so you can bring your own ingredients and suitable dishes to transport home. Comberton Village College (the venue) have lots of suitable cooking tins/equipment etc. I’ll be there (with my sister if I can twist her arm!) to guide you through the recipes. In the past we have had all levels, including vegetarians (alternative recipes available) and small groups who have done the menu between them, the day is very informal, flexible and fun. And you will learn some interesting new ideas and techniques.
