Autumn in Catalunya

This unique region, where the Pyrenees meet the Mediterranean, has produced two of the best restaurants in the world and the first ever published cookery book. Catalunya spans the most southern region of France and extends into north eastern Spain. It’s residents are fortunate to have El Bulli and Can Roca on their doorstep. Their everyday food is inspired by the proximity to some of the best farmer’s markets in Europe, a lot of sun, and the local traditions.

Over the course of the next couple of months I shall share a few of my favourite autumnal and festive Catalan recipes. I hope you enjoy them as much as me!
